AI Solution Architect
Job description
Working as an AI Solution Architect, you will:

Design end-to-end architectures for GenAI/LLM-driven solutions across numerous business scenarios

Interpret business and architecture requirements and convert them into practical technical designs

Partner with TPMs and engineering teams to steer delivery, address risks, and maintain alignment

Develop reusable and scalable solution patterns that can be leveraged across teams and domains
-
Prioritize rapid value delivery in early stages while contributing to long-term architectural standards
-
Support planning across multiple releases, including feasibility analysis from POC to MVP
-
Contribute to architectural governance forums as standards and best practices evolve

Qualifications:

4-10 years of experience designing or building AI-enabled systems

Hands-on work with LLM-based applications, RAG approaches, and vector databases

Experience with agent-based workflows and Python AI ecosystems (e.g., modern orchestration frameworks)

Proven ability to design modular, flexible architectures rather than monolithic solutions

Experience evaluating complex, multi-layer systems (e.g., data ingestion, ETL, AI components, optional UI/UX)

Strong analytical thinking and ability to propose practical, efficient solutions

Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and time zones
-
Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality

Strong technical credibility with confidence to advise and challenge engineering teams
