Cybersecurity Architect
Job description
Working as a Cybersecurity Architect you will:

Design and propose secure IT architectures that directly support and align with the organization's broader strategy and business goals.

Create comprehensive architectural documentation and functional specifications, presenting high-level security blueprints to key stakeholders.

Lead the lifecycle of security solutions, from establishing secure development environments and integrating new components, to transitioning them to daily operations teams.

Evaluate and review existing architectures, conducting security reviews to assure resilience against points of failure and adapt to emerging cyber threats.

Collaborate closely with IT personnel and cross-functional teams to enforce privacy-by-design and security-by-default principles.

Perform market evaluations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to assess new technologies and identify the best solutions for business requirements.

Align cyber defense planning with the business mission, streamlining IT workflows and ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of commercial IT experience, including at least 8 years specifically in Cybersecurity.

Higher education degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Proven knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, reference models, and secure development lifecycles.

Deep understanding of current cyber threats, risk management, and privacy-enhancing technologies (PET).

Familiarity with relevant legal, regulatory, and legislative compliance best practices.

Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technological designs.

Excellent communication skills to provide technical leadership, guide implementers, and present complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Possession of at least 4 of the following internationally recognized certifications (or valid equivalents): CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA (SCF, SCPA, SCMA), TOGAF (Foundation, Certified), CNDA, CISSP-ISSAP, CGEIT, CRISC, GIAC (GSNA, GCCC, GPPA).
- Excellent Polish & English skills (at least C1 level)
