D365 CRM Functional Analyst
Job description
Working as a D365 CRM Functional Analyst, you will:
- Define business processes in the CRM area
- Configure Dynamics CRM demos and present the system at sales meetings
- Confirm functional requirements based on the standard version of the system, identify functional gaps in the system, design and configure the system
- Configure Dynamics CRM system as part of projects implementation projects

Qualifications:
- Min 5 years of experience in CRM system implementations
- Min 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
- Microsoft Dynamics Sales
- Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement
- Fluent in spoken and written English
