DevOps Tech Lead
Job description
Working as a DevOps Tech Lead you will:
- design and build the cloud infrastructure architecture for a new, large-scale agent orchestration platform,
- establish CI/CD foundations, automation frameworks and operational standards for the entire initiative,
- select DevOps technologies, tools and best practices tailored to a complex, multi-agent environment,
- lead and coordinate the work of a growing DevOps team (team in build-up phase),
- collaborate closely with senior technical leaders overseeing multiple engineering teams involved in the program,
- ensure infrastructure consistency and alignment across numerous business and technical teams,
- contribute to platform roadmap planning and define operational standards for agents and MCP servers,
- have a real impact on architecture decisions, technology choices and DevOps ways of working at an early stage of the project.

Qualifications:
- proven experience in a role such as DevOps Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer,
- strong expertise in designing, building and operating cloud environments, preferably on Microsoft Azure,
- hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi or similar),
- solid understanding of designing scalable, reliable and secure system architectures,
- ability to lead and coordinate the work of engineers in a growing or distributed team,
- experience collaborating closely with technical leaders and senior stakeholders,
- background in large-scale, multi-team or enterprise environments,
- exposure to AI-related, agent-based or platform-oriented projects (nice to have).
