ERP Director
Job description
Working as an ERP Director, you will:
- Do the overall management of the ERP system adaptation and implementation
- Update the ERP Project Roadmap as work progresses and new regulatory requirements and business needs arise
- Ensure the implementation of the ERP Project in accordance with the adopted assumptions, roadmap, scope, budget and schedule of the Project
- Report to the Project Steering Committee, i.e. the Member of the Management Board responsible for the use of the ERP system on the business side and the Member of the Management Board responsible for IT
- Lead the ongoing cooperation with business and IT teams during the project
- Define the business goals of the project, their implementation and reporting
- Support in defining the project scope, business case and financial model of ERP implementation
- Management of the processes and procedures in the scope of changes caused by ERP implementation
- Supervise over the construction and integration tests of IT systems
- Management of training of key users and end users
- Management of acceptance tests
- Project team management (50 FTE+)

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, including the creation or adaptation and implementation of software for business needs
- Outstanding leadership skills in creating and executing a vision, redefining the business and operational model using modern information technologies
- Very good interpersonal skills ensuring excellent cooperation within the project (between business and IT) and the development of a subordinate project team established within Diagnostyka+ (lead by example)
- Knowledge of implementing ERP systems, complex data integration platforms and other key business applications
- Practical knowledge of the most popular project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP Book, Agile, SAFe, Spotify Model for Scaling Agile)
- Higher education in a field (IT, information technology, programming, finance)
Nice to have:
- Experience as a software supplier
- Practical experience in managing IT projects in the medical industry
- Experience in building the business value of an enterprise through the skillful use of IT technologies
