Working as a Head Of IT /Tech Lead, you will:
- Manage a team of architects, designers, planners, engineers, and other professionals
- Review client proposals and providing feedback on designs
- Participate in design development meetings with clients to discuss design concepts and revisionsDD
- Communicate with clients to determine project requirements and develop designs that meet those requirements
- Prepare architectural drawings and specifications for projects such as new objects or modules to existing parts of the system

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience required
- 3-5+ years of experience leading a teams (20+ specialists) made up of technical associate and/or contract resources in multiple locations, including offshore required
- Leading an IT team supporting multiple locations and/or relevant experience with various technical products, services and production support responsibilities
- Leading an IT technical team across multiple platforms and technical products and services required
- several years of professional experience in building microservices-based architecture
- several years of professional experience with C# platform, .NET Framework and .NET Core,
- good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server)
- knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET WebAPI
- knowledge of the object-oriented programming paradigm and design patterns
- knowledge of Rabbit MQ/Kafka
- Cloud experience (Azure)
- Knowledge of Azure Devops
- Demonstrated ability to influence key IT and Business leaders
- Managing conflicting approaches aligned to strategic roadmap
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to manage concurrent efforts with competing priorities
- Ability to create process and process design where none or little exists
- Ability to create strategic landscape that delivers against IT goals
- Ability to build strong teams across dispersed work locations, including mentoring and providing developmental goals for internal employees and external IT partners
- Excellent communication English skills (C1-C2 level)
Nice to have:
- Eperience in software containerization
- Experience working with Octopus + Team City (CD and CC), Sonar, Gitlab, Elasticsearch, Kibana
- Knowledge of DI, SOLID, UnitTests
