Job description
Responsibilities:
- Technological leadership and supervision over the produced software
- Work planning, setting priorities, identifying risks, monitoring and communicating the team's progress
- Software design, implementation, and implementation
- Selection of technologies and solutions to business needs
- Creating unit and integration tests
- Solving complex technical problems, both independently and in cooperation with other team members
- Preparing technical documentation for the software being developed
- Providing technical support, mentoring, and assistance in developing programming skills for other team members

The client invests in infrastructure for the production of green energy, mainly wind and photovoltaic farms, thus expanding its portfolio of renewable energy sources and expanding the offer for customers. The company currently operates on 23 markets and cooperates with a group of over 600 energy producers.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience leading agile teams
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in Java programming
- Experience in building systems based on microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in software development based on Spring Framework & Hibernate
- Knowledge of integration patterns and communication protocols
- Knowledge of queuing systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, code versioning, feature flags
- Experience working in the Agile/Scrum methodology
