Manual QA Engineer
Job description
Working as a QA Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of the testing area and actively shape testing processes and quality standards
- Perform manual testing of web applications
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation
- Execute regression and end-to-end tests
- Identify, analyze, and report defects found during testing
- Proactively suggest improvements from a quality and usability perspective
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owner, and business stakeholders
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to the development team
- Contribute to user documentation in cooperation with the business team

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Tester
- Hands-on experience in testing web applications
- Strong knowledge of manual testing practices
- Experience in writing test cases and test scenarios
- Experience with regression and end-to-end testing
- Understanding of basic technical concepts (e.g. APIs, UI components, bug lifecycle)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the quality area
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Experience in roles influencing testing strategy or quality standards
- Familiarity with test management and automation tools (e.g. Playwright)
- Experience working with tools like Azure DevOps
