Project Manager
Job description
Working as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the project framework plan, milestones, tasks
- Monitoring the status of work and risks at different stages of development work and escalating delays to the client and/or supervisor
- Implementation of the Performance Management process, i.e. initiating, preparing for and participating in meetings and documenting them in accordance with accepted standards.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar position - approximately 8 years
- Experience working in projects consisting of 5+ scrum teams
- Experience working in the financial sector on core-banking system replacement or development projects
- Practical experience in implementing one of the systems: Mambu, Temenos Infinity, Finastra Fusion Banking, Corezoid, def3000, Flexcube, Vault Core, FIS Global Core Banking Systems
- Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile-Jirra, Confluence, Gitlab, Mural methodologies
