Scrum Master
Job description
Working as a Scrum Master, you will:
- Supporting the product team in self-organization
- Assessing the maturity of the team and supporting it in reaching subsequent levels of maturity
- Supporting the Product Owner in maximizing the value provided by the team
- Ensuring compliance with the developed rules of cooperation based on Scrum
- Promoting good Agile practices in the organization

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in a Scrum Master / Agile Coach role
- Experience working in projects consisting of 5+ scrum teams
- Experience working in organizations with start-up
- Working in international projects
- Familiarity with the software development cycle
- Nice to have: Experience as a Project Manager
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Fluent English language
- Communication skills
