Job description
Working as a .NET Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using .NET (C#).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the overall technical strategy.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Monitor production systems and optimize applications for scalability and performance.
- Take full ownership of solutions — from initial concept through deployment and support.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience in building backend systems with .NET (preferably .NET Core or later).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and REST/gRPC APIs.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Commitment to clean code, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Passion for solving complex technical problems and a willingness to mentor others.
- (Nice to have) Exposure to frontend technologies or experience as a full-stack developer.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with other programming paradigms or languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, Scala).
