xLab Director
Job description
Working as an xLab Director, you will:
- Comprehensive project management of the xLab system development and implementation (xLab = LIS type system)
- Management of the scope, budget and schedule of the Project
- Updating the xLab Project Roadmap as work progresses and new regulatory requirements and business needs arise
- Ensuring the implementation of the xLab Project in accordance with the adopted assumptions, Roadmap, scope, budget and schedule of the Project
- Reporting to the Project Steering Committee: Member of the Management Board responsible for the use of the xLab system on the business side; Member of the Management Board responsible for IT
- Ongoing cooperation with business teams during the development and implementation of the xLab system
- Management of the project team (80+ FTE)

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, including the creation and implementation of software for business needs, on the side of the software supplier
- Practical experience in managing IT projects in the medical industry, on the side of the software supplier
- Outstanding leadership skills in creating and executing a vision, redefining the business and operational model using modern information technologies
- Very good interpersonal skills ensuring excellent cooperation within the project (between business and IT) and the development of the subordinate project team (lead by example)
- Experience in building the business value of the enterprise through the skillful use of information technologies is welcome
- In-depth knowledge of modern software development technologies, including the use of public cloud computing and integration tools and data migration tools
- Knowledge of the development and implementation of LIS, ERP, CRM systems, B2B, B2C portals, mobile applications, complex data integration platforms and other key business applications
- Practical knowledge of the most popular project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP Book, Agile, SAFe, Spotify Model for Scaling Agile)
- Practical knowledge of the most popular SDLC software development methodologies in the SCRUM model
- Experience in managing technology teams in the field of popular technologies used in modern organizations of large scale and complexity
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, C#
- front-end technologies such as: React/Angular JavaScript
- microservice architectures
- modern integration architectures and tools
- technologies for processing large volumes of data (SQL / NoSQL), operational reporting, Big Data
- Knowledge of Oracle databases using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Enterprise Architect, Miro
- Higher education in a specific field (IT, information technology, programming)
- English - fluent
- MBA, project management certificates, lean
