Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis in the banking sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating user stories, BPMN diagrams, or process documentation
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
