Job description
Working as a Business Analyst, you will:
- Participate in key IT projects focused on logistics and demand planning, collaborating with dependent areas such as e-commerce, brick-and-mortar sales, services, and after-sales support
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, solution architect, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze and assist in accurately expressing business needs
- Perform process and data analysis, including data flows within systems, API operations, and process management
- Contribute to the development of solution proposals and support the decision-making process by preparing data
- Support the testing of proposed solutions
- Provide expert knowledge to facilitate solution adoption by users, ensuring its continuous development and further utilization

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization, preferably in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience in system integration and implementation projects.
- Familiarity with EDIFACT standards.
- Proficiency in Excel and text file formats.
- Ability to model processes using BPMN notation and work with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with professionals from various fields such as logistics, IT specialists, and management.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
