Data Scientist Lead/Manager
Job description
Working as a Data Scientist Lead/Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of approximately five data scientists, providing technical and strategic guidance.
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Develop and optimize intelligent assistants using LLMs (GPT-4, Falcon 2, LLAMA 3, Mixtral), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent frameworks (Langraph, CrewAI).
- Define AI architecture and technical strategies to address complex business challenges.
- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and model training processes.
- Communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and the overall AI strategy of the organization.

Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in data science, AI, and ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams (5+ people), driving projects from concept to deployment.
- Expertise in designing AI-driven solutions, leveraging LLMs and advanced ML techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and LLM-focused architectures (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs, multi-agent systems).
- Strong background in ML/AI fundamentals, including model lifecycle management, optimization, and evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
