M365 & Azure Administrator
Job description
Working as a M365 & Azure Administrator, you will:
- Design, implement, and enhance M365/Azure services to meet business needs
- Drive system optimization and automation efforts for deployed solutions
- Oversee IT security processes, including planning, implementation, and ongoing improvement of security protocols
- Engage with artificial intelligence initiatives by setting guidelines, defining technical requirements, and managing implementations
- Handle incident monitoring and resolution
- Offer partial support for Microsoft-based operations to team members
- Collaborate with users and internal teams to ensure seamless system operations
- Assess and integrate emerging technologies to elevate IT capabilities
- Manage and develop M365 security features such as Cloud App Security and Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA)
- Oversee administration interfaces for M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Security, and Compliance
- Maintain and implement third-party tools like Identity Access Management (IAM) and project planning software

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing IT systems and addressing complex technical challenges
- Completed IT education coupled with relevant professional experience
- Capability to execute software projects based on customer requirements, conduct user training, monitor integrated systems, and maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide effective support to non-technical users
- Willingness to occasionally travel internationally to support operations
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
