.NET Tech Lead
Job description
As a Tech Lead .NET, you will:
- Define and implement architectural solutions for projects
- Support your teams in modeling Low-Level Design (LLD) architecture
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and identify needs
- Prepare estimates for new initiatives and projects
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and challenges
- Develop and enhance the skills of your team members
- Share knowledge through internal meetings such as Backend Guild sessions
- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Continuously monitor and analyze project status, identifying opportunities for improvements

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, leading a team of approximately 10 members
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (version 6+)
- Expertise in writing SOLID code
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and the ability to assess the appropriateness of using tactical patterns
- Deep understanding of architectural and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with distributed architecture systems
- Proficiency in building Event-Driven architecture systems
- Experience leading teams using Agile principles, with strong mentoring, motivation, and team development skills
- Proactive mindset and leadership qualities
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MS SQL database systems
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Understanding of integration patterns
