SAP ABAP Developer
Job description
Working as a SAP ABAP Developer you will:
- Develop and maintain ABAP/integration objects within SAP HANA S/4HANA environments
- Analyze functional requirements to design ABAP solutions following SAP best practices
- Create technical specifications and documentation for all development objects
- Conduct comprehensive testing (including UAT) and manage solution deployment
- Build integrations between Sales/Service Cloud and on-premise SAP HANA systems
- Perform impact analysis and code adjustments for system upgrades
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve high-priority problems through emergency transports
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for customer-specific solutions
- Analyze ticket trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Lead minor projects and system changes aligned with client needs
- Mentor junior team members as a subject matter expert

Qualifications:
- Demonstrate 6+ years of SAP ABAP experience across multiple implementations
- Master ABAP programming including Object-Oriented ABAP
- Apply expertise in Forms (SAP Scripts/Smart Forms/Adobe Forms)
- Develop Reports (ALV/Classical), Interfaces (ALE/IDOC/BAPI), and Conversions (LSMW/BDC)
- Utilize Enhancement techniques (User Exits/BADI/Enhancement Spots)
- Configure Workflows and build OData services via SAP NetWeaver Gateway
- Implement UI5 solutions using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and AngularJS
- Customize end-to-end Fiori applications and integrate CDS Views
- Leverage ABAP on HANA with Cloud Connector knowledge
- Create Technical Design Documents and Unit Test plans
- Conduct Unit/Integration Testing within support projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and teams
- Lead consultant/team lead roles using ASAP/ITIL methodologies
- Provide onsite team/client updates while maintaining relationships
