SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Specialist
Job description
Working as a SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Specialist you will:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for tickets involving SAC, Datasphere, and customer-specific solutions
- Perform root cause analysis through detailed problem diagnosis and system configuration
- Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams for timely issue resolution
- Build strong client relationships through responsive support engagement
- Analyze ticket trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Lead minor projects and system modifications aligned with client requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and project changes

Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrate deep expertise in SAC and Datasphere, including data replication between S/4HANA, SFSF, SAC, and DSP
- Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems
- Communicate effectively with clients and teams both verbally and in writing
- Utilize ticket management systems for support request tracking
- Apply project management principles to small-scale projects
- Stay updated on SAP developments and adapt to new technologies
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Possess SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
- Understand ITIL principles and managed service processes
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills
