SAP EWM Specialist
Job description
Working as a SAP EWM Specialist you will:
- Tackle complex technical challenges within the SAP EWM module and customer-specific solutions
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, handling advanced support tickets related to warehouse management systems
- Conduct thorough problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with 1st-level support and other IT teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Build strong client relationships by responding to support requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Lead and implement minor projects and system enhancements tailored to client requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions, and project changes to ensure knowledge sharing

Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in SAP EWM, including design and management of warehouse operations (preferably in SAP S/4HANA 2020 or newer)
- Integrate EWM with other SAP modules to optimize warehouse management and inventory accuracy
- Resolve technical issues to ensure efficient warehouse performance and resource utilization
- Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Use ticket management systems to organize and track support requests
- Apply project management principles to oversee small-scale projects and system changes
- Stay current with SAP developments and adapt to new technologies
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Possess SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
- Understand ITIL practices and managed service processes
- Demonstrate excellent command of Polish & English; knowledge of German is an advantage
