SAP FI/CO Specialist
Job description
Working as a SAP FI/CO Specialist you will:
- Address and resolve advanced technical issues within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on FI, CO, and TRM modules as well as customer-specific solutions
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, managing complex support tickets related to SAP FICO modules
- Perform thorough problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective resolutions
- Collaborate with 1st-level support and other IT teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding to support topics efficiently
- Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to client requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes for transparency and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
- Manage processes related to SAP F2R-FI (Accounting) and SAP F2R-CO (Controlling)
- Possess experience with SAP AP F2R-PS2F process, including project structuring, budgeting, and financial planning
- Apply proficiency in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
- Understand financial statements and group reporting functionalities (considered a plus)
- Work confidently with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise (2020)
- Understand integration processes of third-party systems with SAP FI
- Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex problems
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Use ticket management systems to track and prioritize support requests
- Apply project management principles to oversee small-scale projects and system changes
- Stay current with SAP developments and adapt to new technologies
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Hold SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
- Understand ITIL principles and managed service processes
- Demonstrate excellent command of Polish & English; knowledge of German is an advantage
