SAP SCM Specialist
Job description
Working as a SAP SCM Specialist you will:
- Investigate and resolve advanced technical challenges within the SAP SCM module and customer-specific solutions
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, managing complex support tickets related to supply chain processes
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for optimal solutions
- Cooperate closely with 1st-level support and other IT teams to ensure swift issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding to support queries efficiently
- Monitor and analyze ticket trends to recognize recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Lead and implement minor projects and system modifications aligned with client requirements
- Document support activities, solutions, and project changes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of SAP SCM, including demand planning, inventory, and supply network planning (preferably in SAP S/4HANA 2020 or newer)
- Utilize SAP APO tools to enhance supply chain performance
- Resolve issues across procurement, distribution, and logistics processes
- Understand logistics and integration of external systems with SAP SCM
- Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Use ticket management systems to track and prioritize support requests
- Apply project management fundamentals to oversee small-scale projects and system changes
- Stay informed about SAP advancements and adapt to new technologies
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks
- Possess SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
- Understand ITIL practices and managed service processes
- Demonstrate excellent Polish & English skills; German language skills are a plus
