SAP SD Specialist
Job description
Working as a SAP SD Specialist you will:
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SD module and customer-specific solutions
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for tickets related to sales and distribution processes
- Conduct root cause analysis through detailed problem diagnosis and system configuration
- Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams for efficient issue resolution
- Build client relationships through responsive support and effective communication
- Monitor ticket trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Lead minor projects and system enhancements tailored to customer requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and project changes

Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP SD module, particularly Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management)
- Configure and optimize SD functionalities including customer master data, order/delivery processing, and post-sale activities
- Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM and FI (considered a plus)
- Analyze business processes to implement O2C cycle improvements
- Troubleshoot SD-related issues and provide user training
- Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Utilize ticket management systems for efficient support tracking
- Manage small-scale projects using project management principles
- Stay updated on SAP developments and adapt to new technologies
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Possess SAP SD certification (preferred)
- Understand ITIL principles and managed service processes
- Demonstrate excellent Polish & English skills; German is an advantage
