Job description
Working as a Senior Data Scientist, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning (ML) solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model creation, and evaluation.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights and drive business decisions.
- Utilize advanced machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production environments using MLOps practices.
- Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to model development and optimization.
- Implement data management processes, including data wrangling, feature selection, and model tuning.
- Present technical concepts and analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

Qualifications:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating expertise in applying ML techniques to solve practical challenges.
- Be proficient in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Possess experience in building and deploying comprehensive ML solutions, covering all stages of model development.
- Be familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps methodologies.
- Understand and apply statistical and mathematical principles to data science projects.
- Manage large datasets, performing tasks such as data cleaning, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to create innovative solutions for complex data issues.
- Show excellent communication skills, with a focus on presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
