Working as a Golang Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Monitor production systems and optimize for scalability and performance.
- Take ownership of solutions from concept to deployment and beyond.

Qualifications:
- Have strong experience building backend systems in Go
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Understand distributed systems, microservices architecture, and REST/gRPC APIs
- Work confidently with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Be comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Follow best practices in code quality, security, and performance
- Enjoy solving complex technical challenges and mentoring others
- (Nice to have) experience with frontend technologies or full-stack development
- (Nice to have) familiarity with other typed or functional languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, .NET, Rust, Scala)
