Job description
Working as a Senior WMS Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Lead implementation and development projects focused on warehouse management and logistics process optimization
- Analyze clients’ warehouse and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O) to meet specific client requirements
- Integrate D365F&O with other IT systems
- Optimize warehouse operations and system performance within D365F&O
- Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support
- Collaborate with project teams and other departments to ensure alignment between business processes and system functionalities
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements

Qualifications:
- Hold a university degree, preferably in IT, management, or a related field.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in WMS system implementations, especially in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
- Complete at least one full D365 F&O implementation cycle involving advanced WMS.
- Work as an implementation consultant, preferably in a lead or project manager role.
- Integrate D365 F&O with other systems.
- Optimize warehouse processes from both a functional and performance standpoint.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of D365 modules related to warehouse, logistics, and operations.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O solutions.
- Design high-performance process flows.
- (Optionally) Handle D365 F&O financial functionalities.
- Plan implementations and break them down into execution stages.
- Manage projects from analysis to go-live and post-launch support.
- Communicate fluently in English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
