UX/UI Designer
Job description
Working as a UX/UI Designer, you will:
- Conduct research on design and technology trends relevant to our product domain.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and refined designs using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and front-end developers to align designs with customer needs and product goals.
- Perform usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on input from internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness and usability challenges.
- Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across all company platforms, maintaining a coherent brand identity.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to improve and maintain the Design System.
- Apply style guides, design standards, and industry best practices to create cohesive interface designs.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
- Maintain documentation on design processes, decisions, and specifications for future reference and audits.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Engage in continual professional development through courses, workshops, or conferences in UX/UI design and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects (applications without a portfolio will be rejected).
- Full proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with wireframing and rapid prototyping.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining design systems.
- Experience in conducting usability testing.
- At least basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
