We have an extensive team of IT recruiters looking for candidates and as well as technical verifiers checking their skills. Our verified base includes over thousands of people and it’s still constantly growing. We are able to hire more than 20 people per month. Within 48 hours of a client’s inquiry, we present them with verified candidates, three for each position.

Our organisation is set up to work remotely: we apply accurate work reporting and daily stand-ups with each associate regarding their ongoing tasks. Remote management has a number of advantages, primarily that it allows access to specialists wherever they are.
